General recommendations for content:
The vast majority of the images we receive from potential contributors are landscapes. This means that if we are
to accept them they are going to have to be very good or a little different.
Our best selling images are still the iconic Scottish images of castles, tartan, Highland cattle, misty lochs,
whisky, Highland games etc etc - but we'd like to see these subjects approached in a fresh and modern way.
We are always keen to see high quality Scottish wildlife, natural history and environmental images.
Other desirable themes would include the following but with a Scottish flavour: activities, leisure and local lifestyle,
business, modern industry, communications, agriculture, food and drink, transport, arts and culture, Scottish history,
traditions, Scottish cities, Gaelic, education, people of differing age groups, community and many more.
